Helps reduce symptoms associated with lactose intolerance such as bloating, diarrhoea or flatulence. Lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose in milk or dairy produce. May be chosen by those who have difficulty in digesting the lactose found in milk and dairy products.

Directions

Take one or two tablets with the first mouthful of meals containing milk or dairy produce.
